How do I place an order on your site?

What currency are your products in?

All prices on our site are subject to location. If you are shopping from Belize, your currency will appear in Belize Dollars. If you are shopping from the US, your currency will appear in US Dollars.

Do I need a credit card to place an order?

A credit card is not required to make orders. Customers have several options on how to make payment. Please see our Order Help page.

My product is backordered. When will it be ready?

Items that are backordered ship or is ready for pickup 3 weeks from order date.

How do I pay for products?

You make deposits to our bank account or you pay at pickup. We can also email you a PayPal invoice if you wish to use a credit card. Please see our Order Help page.

How do I redeem a Gift Card?

Gift cards can be used on any ID SEVEN merch. Add your merch to the cart and proceed to checkout. While in your Shopping Cart, enter your code in the “Coupon Code” field.

Please note that Gift Cards cannot be applied to products for businesses we partner with eg: Kaj Expressions.

What do I enter in the Postcode/Zip box?

Enter 5 zeros: “00000”

Where is your store located?

We are located on Mountain View Blvd in Belmopan. (next to the Lion’s Den)

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and payments to our bank account.  Please see our Order Help page.

How do I redeem a Gift Card in store?

Gift cards can be used on any ID SEVEN merch. Show your Gift Card code to our ID SEVEN youth to redeem.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates are based on order size and destination. Please see our Shipping page for rates.

When will my package arrive?

  • BPMS – 1-3 business days
  • Tropic Air – Temporarily unavailable
  • James – Friday / Monday
  • Belmopan Couriers – Same-day / Next Day

All these are based on if your item is in stock or back-ordered.

What does Unisex mean?

Unisex merch are products that are sized to fit both male and female.
