First Agric Show – Let’s Get Growing

The biggest and most attended trade show (and possibly event) in Belize is the National Agriculture and Trade Show (NATS). Locally referred to as Agric, the event spans 3 days and is held in Belize’s Capital City, Belmopan. Agric exists to educate the public about agriculture and its contribution to the Belizean economy. However, visitors often attend for carnival rides and games, music, the big rodeo, and of course deals by large and small Belizean business, like ID SEVEN.

This year, our team participated in our first Agric Show. We had such a blast and met people from all across Belize. Not only did we share our products with a lot of Belizeans, but we got to see many amazing products that other Belizeans are producing. Additionally, we partnered with Naturally Belize Coconut Products who were also participating in the Agric Show for the first time. Naturally Belize Coconut Products provides coconut based hair, body and face products which we absolutely love. They are also based in Belmopan but their products can be found in stores across Belize.

SHJC Students

We were happy to have worked with the students from Sacred Heart Junior College’s (SHJC) Advertising Class. The students had the a goal of choosing a company to assist with their advertising needs. They did exceptionally well and created flyers, banners and even a video for ID SEVEN. On the Saturday of the Agric Show they also joined us to help staff our booth. We are grateful for their help and look forward to great things from them as they graduate college.
