We were super excited to attend the See and Taste Belize Fundraiser Event in Miami, Florida. For only its second year, the event was quite successful. The goal of the event is to raise funds for Belize and this year all proceeds went to the Inspiration Center. Belizeans from Florida and many other states came to support the cause, enjoy good Belizean company, music, and food!

Belize Consulate in Florida raised over $85,000 Belize Dollars the first time they held the event. See and Taste Belize saw a great turnout with Belize’s best Chefs preparing Belizean dishes while The Garifuna Collective set the mood with their lovely music. We sampled many tasty dishes including Hudut from our favorite Belizean Chef, Sean Kuylen (Read about when Chef Sean fell in love with our Hudut Tee). Boy was it delicious!
