However you knew him, whether Kingstone, Toro, D Beast–Toro D Beast, or Jov ❤️, you knew him as love. I knew I wanted to create an ID SEVEN Tee in honor of Jov, but I didn’t want it to be just another funeral shirt. I wanted something that would bring joy rather than memories of a funeral, something we would wear long after. I had the first draft ready before the funeral and originally planned to make available right after… but I just could not bring myself to. Our entire family is on this healing journey and I am praying for a season of countless joy. Jov, and those that have gone before him will be forever missed, forever loved.

Jov and I always talked about ID SEVEN releasing a cowboy line, to honor our Smith Family Heritage and the love of the lifestyle in Belize. I did my best to design quality tees in remembrance of our beloved cowboy.

I asked my Aunty Marj to talk it over with my cousins and decide where they would like the income from these t-shirts to go. They have decided to invest it in District Youth Leadership Camp, where Jov served in some form, each summer. Below are the important details and options to choose from. 

ID SEVEN is a local apparel brand where 100% of its profit is invested in Belizean Youths. Jovaun served faithfully in various ways.

I always wondered why Jov refered to himself as Kingstone. I dug up my own meaning and this is where it lead me…

Kingstone – Old English for “The King’s Town”

The King’s Town = The City of David

2 Samuel 5:7 – But David captured the fortress of Zion, which is now called the City of David.

This city was a place where God dwelled, it signifies God’s presence, and represents hope.
